At Spine Care Associates of Alexandria in Alexandria, VA we are dedicated to wellness and promoting a pain free healthy lifestyle for our clients. All the members of our staff are committed not only to providing pain relief for our clients but also to giving them useful lifestyle counseling that will prevent injuries from occurring in the first place. Dr. Connolly employs a collaborative approach with other health care professionals in the community in managing his patients health.

Chiropractic healing is all about wellness and communicative care and everyone here at the clinic, from the receptionist, to the LMT, to the Chiropractor, will make you feel welcome and part of the healing process. Our staff is highly trained and experienced and we use hands on chiropractic techniques including Spinal Manipulative Therapy (SMT) and myofascial techniques (soft tissue prep-work that retrains the muscles) as well as dry needling. Understanding all the facets of back pain are our passion.

Massage Therapy at Alexandria Chiropractic

Massage Therapy is one of the most enjoyable and beneficial treatments for back pain. Massage therapy increases blood circulation, relaxes muscles and aids in the recovery of damaged muscles and tissues. Lisa Kourt and Carol Avila, our massage therapists, specialize in providing pain relief for spinal and other types of injuries. They focus on rehabilitation therapy, sports massage, hot stones, reflexology, prenatal and Swedish massage.

Spine Care Associates and our Chiropractor Dr. Connolly have proudly been serving the communities of Franconia, Alexandria, Kingstowne, Springfield, Lorton, Rose Hill and Ft. Belvoir for more than 27 years and we are so exited to have you come and visit us in our new location! As always we offer military discounts and accept most types of insurance.
