A deep tissue massage uses slower and more forceful strokes aimed at deeper layers of muscle and the connective tissue. This is often used when there is muscle damage from injuries. We currently offer this massage at a rate of $95.00 per hour.

Sports therapeutic massage is similar to the techniques employed by a Swedish massage, though it is aimed at those involved in sports to help them prevent and recover from injuries. We currently offer this massage at a rate of $95.00 per hour.

Hot stone massages utilize soothingly hot river stones as a form of heat to help your muscles relax. Combined with other massage techniques, this form of massage is deeply healing. We are currently offering this massage at an introductory price of $85.00 per hour.

Whichever massage you choose, your therapists will utilize spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) and myofascial techniques to focus on whatever you need help with.
